Essay learning from School and College : Essay Writing is a neglected part of our schooling. You may remember writing essays on topics such as Cow, My best friend, What we did during Summer Vacations, Pollution, etc. Some teachers may stress upon writing an introductory and concluding paragraph to bring in a better structure. Other teachers may give you the magic mantra that longer essays fetch more marks.
The target of schools is to develop your ability to write and express yourself in English language and essay practice is just a tool to meet this target. But ultimately your teachers just need that you write a longer essay with good hand writing and you end up getting good marks.
