Dr. Mansoor Agha is a Psychometrician, who did his PhD in Learning Behavior of young adults, and has taught students for UPSC, GMAT, GRE, IIM-CAT, SAT, LSAT and advised on admissions, careers and life choices since 1996. In his teaching career spanning 30 years, he has been Academic Director or Academic Head of international training organizations such as The Princeton Review, RnA and ETS and Indian test prep organizations such as Raus IAS Study Circle, Hindustan Times LC, Career Launcher, IMS, Jamboree, Ivyleague, etc.

At IvyLeague, your teacher for the UPSC Essay Foundation Course 2025 is Dr. Mansoor Agha, joined Raus IAS Study Circle as Academic Head in 2010, when UPSC made the structural change to its exam. Dr. Mansoor Agha designed the Essay Course at Raus and has taught it for the last 15 years. In these 15 successful years of the UPSC Essay Foundation Course 2025, he and his academic team have constantly improved it according to the feedback given by the students and how students benefited from it.

He prepares UPSC aspirants for CSAT, Essay paper, Compulsory English and Answer Writing skills for UPSC Main exam. In his full-time job as Master Trainer in ETS, Dr. Mansoor trains teachers for GRE, TOEFL, GMAT and SAT. ETS is the world’s biggest educational organization and has headquarters at Princeton, New Jersey, USA, with offices in 150 countries, including India. He also teaches students and trains teachers for IIM-CAT at IMS Delhi.
